On the D-Day, things does not goes as planned. Due to the sudden flood in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor areas, one of our group member, Nur Amirah was unable to attend due to affected areas. The amount of participants also did not reach our target, we only attained a total of 48 participants. There were many challenges happened on the day of the event. However, we did not give up. We continued the event and successfully ended it with a remarkable participation. The guest speaker, Dr Nizam delivered his talk graciously and managed to attract the attention of our participants. During the event, each of us work together to our maximum best, Muhammad Amin as the amazing moderator, Armisya helped to promote to friends and family, Nurul Addinie assisted in sharing the screen with slides, Anis streamed live on Facebook and Nur Nilam Sari managed the stage, record the session and handled photography session.

We prepared a notice to remind the participants of the event. The purpose is that we can update the time of the event and ensure the participants will not missed to join the event.
We prepared a virtual background and shared to the Whatsapp group. In this way, the participants can display the virtual background instead of whatever is naturally behind them.
We shared the link of the live event through two platforms which are Cisco Webex and Facebook live. The purpose is that we can reach more audiences and spread more awareness about mediation.
We also experienced some hindrance on the day of the event where one of the moderator was unable to conduct the program due to emergency that cannot be avoided. Therefore, only one moderator conducted the whole event.
During the event we faced several problems mainly regarding poor internet connection. Our FB Live was stopped during the event and cannot be continued as the internet connection was lost. We felt disappointed as we intended to reach more views if we could broadcast it on our Facebook platform. However, we still have the event being recorded on Webex and we can share it on social media to spread the knowledge of mediation in medical disputes.
The event was conducted successfully despite all the problems that we encountered and we thanked the speaker via WhatsApp. The speaker then requested the feedback of the participants for future improvement.
